Q: What if I pay for a repair and my system is not fixable?

A: If your system is sent in and we can’t fix it you are refunded the cost of the repair and your system is sent back same day at no charge?

Q: If I know what is wrong with my system but I don’t want to pay for the repair today can I choose diagnosis?

A: Yes, You are more than welcome to use the diagnosis option. Once we receive your system we will still do the same process and you only pay when then repair is done.

Q: How do I know when my system is being sent back?

A: All orders are shipped back with UPS each one is given a tracking number and you will see them on your invoice.
